Abstract:
Provided is a method for continuously preparing a nano zinc oxide material, comprising the following steps: S1: selecting starting materials and experimental instruments; S2: preparing and pretreating the starting materials; S3: oxidizing an emulsified zinc slurry; S4, carbonizing the emulsified zinc slurry; S5, filtering and washing the slurry; and S6, drying and calcining. By using carbon dioxide as the transformation precipitant, the industrial by-product zinc slurry is transformed by carbonization into basic zinc carbonate, which is then subjected to liquid removal, impurity removal, drying, and calcination to give nano zinc oxide.
