Abstract:
Provided is a method for continuously producing an organosilicon surfactant, comprising inputting siloxane, a high hydrogen-containing silicone oil and a phosphonitrile catalyst through a first distributed control system according to the flow rate required by a formula, and simultaneously achieving mixing, heating and reacting in the first distributed control system; collecting reactants in a film evaporator with a vacuum heating device, and heating the spent phosphonitrile catalyst to obtain a low hydrogen-containing silicone oil; and then reacting the low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, an allyl polyether and a chloroplatinic acid catalyst by means of a second distributed control system, collecting the reactants in a film evaporator with a vacuum heating device, and adding a platinum catalyst to the evaporator at the same time to obtain an organosilicon surfactant. The present invention uses continuous production of the organosilicon surfactant, occupies less floor space, has a high efficiency and does not generate solid waste.
