Abstract:
A method for controlling charge/discharge of an alkali storage cell (11) comprises the following: pre-determining a coefficient (K) that represents the memory effect properties of an alkali storage cell; charging and discharging the alkali storage cell between the lower limit of charge depth (SOCb), where the charge depth is set within a range of 10 to 30%, and the upper limit of charge depth (S), where the charge depth is set within a range of 70 to 90%; calculating the additional strength of charge (C) on the basis of the coefficient (K), the upper limit of charge depth (S), and a predetermined standard time (T); clocking the charge/discharge time for which the alkali storage cell has been charged and discharged; and adding the additional charge calculated for the upper limit of charge depth every time the clocked charge/discharge time reaches the standard time, and charging the alkali storage cell.
