Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling a beverage temperature in a device for heating and/or frothing a beverage which allows to obtain the desired beverage temperature in an accurate and reliable way and to avoid undesired overheating of said beverage. The method according to the invention provides for calculating the increase of the beverage temperature after closure of the steam valve and for accordingly anticipating the closure of said steam valve, so as to obtain a final temperature that corresponds to the desired, target temperature.
