Abstract:

A method for controlling a cascade boiler system according to the present invention includes the steps of: a) operating the boiler with an amount of water set at the initial operation state; b) calculating a flow amount compensated in a hydro-separator by detecting the water supply temperature and the water return temperature of the primary side of the hydro-separator, and the water supply temperature and the water return temperature of the secondary side; c) if the water supply temperature of the secondary side is within the predetermined range of a target temperature by maintaining the initial operation state, calculating a prescribed temperature as the water supply temperature of the primary side to maintain the water supply temperature of the secondary side; and d) calculating an amount of water of the boiler for maintaining the calculated prescribed temperature to control the operation of the boiler according to the amount of water.
