Abstract:
A method for controlling an endoscope reprocessor that includes a chemical solution tank, a concentration measurement chamber, and a concentration meter which is disposed in the concentration measurement chamber includes: a step I for introducing a chemical solution into the chemical solution tank; a step II for introducing the chemical solution into the concentration measurement chamber and measuring the concentration of the chemical solution; a step III for discharging from the endoscope reprocessor the chemical solution within the chemical solution tank and maintaining, for a predetermined period of time, a state in which the chemical solution tank is empty; and a step IV for maintaining, during the step III, the amount of water content within the concentration measurement chamber at a level more than a predetermined value.
