Abstract:
A method for controlling an outdoor fan, capable of highly accurately estimating the value of high pressure on the basis of a detected temperature to reduce delay in control response, thereby ensuring the reliability of the compressor. In a first step (S14), a present converted high-pressure value of the refrigerant in the high-pressure piping of the compressor is obtained by converting a present detected temperature detected by an outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensor mounted to the outdoor heat exchanger. In a second step (S15), a past converted high-pressure value of the refrigerant in the high-pressure piping is obtained by converting a past detected temperature detected before the present time by the outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensor. In a third step (S17), a corrected converted high-pressure value which is closer to an actual pressure than the present converted high-pressure value is obtained by correcting the present converted high-pressure value by the past converted high-pressure value, and the rotational frequency of the outdoor fan is determined using the corrected converted high-pressure value.
