Provided is a method of controlling a flow of liquid or gas using a diaphragm valve formed of metallic materials and including a piston groove, a shaft groove, a valve groove, an inlet, and an outlet in which each element is singular or plural, thereby controlling a flow of high temperature liquid or gas and controlling a small amount of flow.
