Abstract:
A method for controlling a grab bucket to clean a fermentation pit. The method comprises the following steps: performing spatial vectorization processing on a fermentation pit structure, constructing a spatial coordinate system, and calibrating position coordinates of an edge of a fermentation pit; determining the position of a grab bucket in the fermentation pit, and calibrating dynamic state position coordinates of the grab bucket according to the size of the grab bucket; driving, by means of a slipping module and a lifting module, the grab bucket to move in the fermentation pit, driving, in cooperation with an action of the grab bucket, the grab bucket to be dynamically adjusted, and controlling the dynamic state position coordinates of the grab bucket not to exceed edge coordinates all the time; and configuring a laser scanning device to move with the grab bucket to detect a material distribution state in the fermentation pit. By means of the method for controlling a grab bucket to clean a fermentation pit, the position of a grab bucket relative to a fermentation pit is defined by means of coordinate processing, and the position of the grab bucket is dynamically adjusted, thereby grabbing a material on an edge of the fermentation pit.
