Abstract:
Provided is a method for controlling an ice-making module, the method comprising: making ice pieces by an ice maker in an ice-making module; separating the ice pieces from the ice-maker and storing the same in an ice storage unit in the ice-making module; detecting whether the ice storage unit is full of ice pieces; and when it is detected that the ice storage unit is in a state where the same is full of the ice pieces, detecting an ice discharge signal as to whether the ice pieces have been discharged.
