Abstract:
Provided are a method for controlling ink drop morphology and an inkjet printing device, the method comprising: a control unit sends a first control signal to an ink supply unit so as to control ink supplied to a nozzle unit (110); according to a first driving signal, the nozzle unit excites the output of an ink drop (120); an imaging unit acquires an image of the ink drop, and sends the image to an image processing unit (130); the image processing unit determines the ink drop morphology according to the image, and sends a first feedback signal to the control unit according to the relationship between the ink drop morphology and preset ink drop morphology (140); and, according to the first feedback signal, the control unit adjusts the first driving signal and/or the first control signal (150). During the inkjet printing process, the method can control the ink drop morphology in real time so as to obtain good ink drop morphology, which helps to ensure the quality of inkjet printing.
