Abstract:
The present invention relates to controlling an input contact signal of a PLC operation panel by: extending a limited input contact signal, which is provided from a PLC, as a matrix type acquired by combining an event contact type and a time sequence contact type, so as to allocate the extended signal as a group signal and a data signal; and allowing each group signal to be synchronized with a clock signal, which is formed in the operation panel, and be sequentially and repeatedly transmitted to the PLC, wherein the group signal and the data signal, which correspond to an event, are preferentially transmitted to the PLC when the event occurs during transmission. The transmission of the event group signal and data signal does not cause a transmission failure or a transmission delay of an operation command even if a plurality of different operation commands are generated. In addition, the group signal and the data signal are transmitted at a down-edge signal of the clock signal such that an event command can be accurately transmitted to the PLC. Furthermore, the operation panel transmits, to the PLC, a strobe signal notifying of the start and the end of a predetermined period, thereby notifying of the operation state of the operation panel. Moreover, after the last group signal is transmitted, additional group signals and data signals, which include the existence/nonexistence of an abnormality in the group and data signals and the existence/nonexistence of an abnormality in the operation panel, are formed and transmitted to the PLC, thereby preventing an erroneous operation and the existence/nonexistence of an abnormality in the operation panel.
