Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for controlling an interface between a solid-state electrolyte and a metallic lithium negative electrode, comprising the following steps of: S1) melting metallic lithium in an inert gas atmosphere; S2) adding an appropriate amount of a flux to the molten metallic lithium; S3) subjecting a solid-state electrolyte substrate to a polishing treatment; S4) placing the solid-state electrolyte onto a heating plate and heating; S5) coating the mixed melt evenly onto the solid-state electrolyte; S6) melting an aluminum foil into the mixed molten metal in good contact with the solid-state electrolyte; S7) controlling the thickness of metallic lithium, according to the amount of metallic lithium required for a battery cycle; and S8) cooling the product naturally to room temperature. The present invention achieves a cleaner lithium negative electrode and a higher battery efficiency by means of melting a trace amount of the flux and metallic lithium and coating the mixture onto the surface of the solid-state electrolyte, so as to achieve an infiltration effect on the solid-state electrolyte. In-situ SEI control on the surface layer of the solid-state electrolyte is achieved by adding a metallic aluminum foil.
