Abstract:

The inventive method relates to the motor industry and can be used for a control system for an internal combustion engine, in particular for controlling a fuel distributor. The inventive method for controlling an internal-combustion engine operation consists in modifying the quantity of a supplied fuel, determining the relation between an exhaust gas temperature modification and the modification of the supplied fuel quantity, i.e.: the fuel supply is increased when there is a direct relation and is reduced when there is an inverse relation. The inventive corrective action makes it possible to improve combustion efficiency.
