Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling the movement of an adjustable double-deck elevator, comprising the steps of: determining the traveling time of a double-deck moving body from a start floor up to a destination floor; determining whether to move a first or second deck moving body in the double-deck moving body; and controlling the movement of the double-deck moving body such that the traveling time of the double-deck moving body is greater than or equal to the traveling time of the first or second deck moving body when the double-deck moving body moves. Therefore, the present invention controls the movement of the adjustable double-deck elevator such that the inter-floor adjustment of the first and second deck moving bodies can be completed prior to or simultaneously with the reaching of the double-deck moving body from the start floor up to the destination floor.
