Abstract:
A method for controlling an oil-free scroll compressor for a rail transportation wind source system. The steps comprise: using two axial-flow fans with different wind volumes to respectively cool a radiator and a compressor; a total wind pressure sensor monitoring the total wind pressure and automatically controlling the enabling and disabling of the compressor; a compressor temperature sensor monitoring the temperature of the compressor, and a compressor cooling fan dispersing heat from the compressor in a timely manner; a high-pressure gas temperature sensor at an outlet of the radiator monitoring a high-pressure gas temperature at the outlet of the radiator, and controlling the operating of a cooling fan of the radiator according to the high-pressure gas temperature at the outlet of the radiator, wherein the cooling fan does not operate in a low-temperature working condition; and when the radiator radiates heat badly, a compressor driving an electric motor to stop operating. It is ensured that the operating of an oil-free scroll compressor in a rail transportation wind source system is reliable, and the usage temperature range is wide and the energy consumption is low.
