Abstract:
Provided is a method for controlling a reversible magnetic starter of an explosion-proof electric multi-turn actuator, which is applied to an underground coal mine with an explosion-proof requirement. When a test/work mode selection switch (8) is flipped to a test mode, the control method becomes a test and setting control method; and when the test/work mode selection switch (8) is flipped to a work mode, the control method becomes a work control method. The invention is highly reliable with strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive functionality. The buttons correspond to different functions in different modes, facilitating ease of operation. A local/remote control and an instantaneous/self-modulating operation selection can be set via a parameter, and the selection can be changed without the need to re-wire a connection. In addition, the method determines whether a contactor is connected and adds a protection function.
