Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and conveyor device (1, 2, 3) for conveying a medium (5) stored in a silo (4). The method according to the invention involves: the stored medium (5) being transported through a conveyor line (6), via the conveyor line (6) to a processing unit (7) by means of a transport gas introduced into the conveyor line (6), wherein, during the introduction of the transport gas, the discharge of the medium (5) is interrupted over a time period; and the medium (5) being fluidised in an outlet region (8) during the time period of the interruption. The conveyor device (1, 2, 3) comprises a conveyor line (6) through which the medium (5) can be transported. In addition, same has a mixing unit (18) which is connected to a first end of the conveyor line (6), wherein a second end of the conveyor line (6) is/can be connected to a processing unit (7), and wherein a compressor (11) for introducing a transport gas is connected to the mixing unit (18). The mixing unit (18) comprises a check valve (9). The conveyor device (1, 2, 3) has a gas supply line (10), via which a fluidising gas can be introduced into an outlet region (8), in particular into the silo (4), wherein the conveyor device (1, 2, 3) is configured such that the fluidising gas can be introduced into the outlet region (8), in particular into the silo (4), in the closed position of the check valve (9).
