Abstract:
A method for cooking Chinese herbs, which comprises cooking and extracting a Chinese herb under high pressure to obtain a Chinese herb liquid. The advantages are as follows: using high-pressure water vapor extraction enables a Chinese herb to be less bitter, while preparing a Chinese herb liquid is simple and convenient, and the preparation time is shorter.
