Abstract:
A method for the coordinated treatment of slag from the pyrolysis of and smoke from smelting a scrap circuit board, which belongs to the field of the comprehensive recovery and use of valuable elements in typical ash from the fire treatment of a scrap circuit board, and which relates in particular to a method for the coordinated treatment of slag from the pyrolysis of a scrap circuit board and smoke from smelting a scrap circuit board so as to remove bromine and comprehensively recover copper and zinc. The main steps of the method are as follows: breaking and sorting, mixing and roasting, intensified leaching, precipitation of silver by replacement, precipitation of copper by vulcanization, and crystallization by evaporation. Compared with traditional recovery techniques, the described method achieves the objective of the coupled treatment of two types of solid waste in one recovery process. By means of mixing sulfuric acid and roasting, requirements for the coordinated removal of bromides from slag from the pyrolysis of and smoke from smelting a scrap circuit board are attained, and the objective of the selective conversion of the base metals copper and zinc is achieved. Products having high value are obtained by means of intensified leaching and selective precipitation. The described method has the features of a shorter process flow, simple equipment, discharge without a tail liquid, significant economic and environmental benefits, and so on.
