Abstract:
This method for creating a calibration curve comprises: a step in which a plurality of standard solutions that include an amyloid β-related peptide and a surfactant and in which the concentration of the amyloid β-related peptide differs are prepared; a step in which a solution containing an internal standard peptide is mixed with each of the plurality of standard solutions; a step in which a plurality of calibration curve solutions are subjected to immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry; a step in which the signal intensity (A) in the amyloid β-related peptide is standardized by the signal intensity (B) in the internal standard peptide in each of the plurality of calibration curve solutions; and a step in which a regression equation for a calibration curve is calculated on the basis of the plurality of standardized intensities and the concentrations of the amyloid β-related peptide.
