A method (300, 400) of creating a customised business bill for telephony services, the method (300, 400) including: accessing (304) an itemised bill (122) detailing telephone calls or other telephony services from a customer account to recipients, the itemised bill (122); accessing a pre-populated group recipient information database (106); comparing (308), via a comparison module, each identifier of the recipient in the itemised bill (122) against each member of the group recipient information database (106), thereby to determine whether or not the recipient matches a member; tagging (312), via a tagging module (210), a telephone call or other telephony service as business-related, in response to determination that: • there is a match; • the member is a business contact; and • the member has a name associated therewith; creating (314), via a customised bill module (212), a customised business bill which includes only telephone calls or other telephony services tagged as business-related, and costs associated therewith; and appending the name associated with each business contact in the customised business bill.
