Abstract:
Disclosed are: a method for culturing corneal endothelial cells, which has a low risk of infection, and can culture the cells in a large quantity at low cost; a process for producing a corneal endothelial cell sheet for transplantation purposes; a culture kit for corneal endothelial cells; and others. Specifically disclosed are: a method for culturing corneal endothelial cells, which is characterized by culturing corneal endothelial cells in a liquid culture medium containing an ascorpic acid derivative; and others.
