Title:
METHOD FOR CULTURING ADHERENT CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/104618
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention is a method for culturing adherent cells characterized in that adherent cells are cultured in a liquid medium in a culture vessel made of polymer that contains an alicyclic structure, the cells are detached from the culture vessel by a fluid stream without adding a proteolytic enzyme, and the cultured cells are suspended in the liquid medium. The cells can be easily detached by a weak force such as that of pipetting because the cells adhere loosely to the culture vessel made of a polymer that contains an alicyclic structure.
