Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for culturing moss spores and a moss cultivation kit for forest restoration, using same, and to a method for culturing moss spores, in which, after moss is artificially cultured and rested, the moss is sprayed into the lost forest when a disaster occurs, thereby being capable of restoring forest. The method for culturing moss spores, according to the present invention, comprises: a first step of cutting sporangia to 10-30 mm; a second step of drying the cut sporangia at 60-75 °C for 24 hours, and then crushing the dried sporangia; a third step of immersing the crushed sporangia in a spore culture medium, followed by resting; a fourth step of immersing the rested sporangia in a plant hormone solution for 24 hours; and a fifth step of spraying the immersed sporangia with a mixture of a nutrient solution and an adhesive solution.
