Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for cutting plastic extrusion products. A toothless circular knife (4) used performs feed movement along with its simultaneous rotatably cutting until the products are cut off. The method comprises selecting the cutting edge angle of the toothless circular knife (4), the line speed of the tip of the cutting edge (7) and the feed speed of the toothless circular knife (4) appropriately, and lubricating the toothless circular knife (4) while cutting. The method may cut the plastic extrusion products with low noise and no dust, thus prolonging the service life of the toothless circular knife (4) and improving the cutting quality of the products. Also disclosed are a cutting device for the method and a cutting machine with the device.
