Abstract:

The present invention discloses a method for data redundancy of home location register HLR. The method comprises: 1) the user data of Primary HLR is cutover to redundancy center HLR; 2) during the operation of Primary HLR, maintenance operation instructions are stored, which are addressed to Primary HLR system data and user data and operated successfully; 3) Primary HLR transmits stored maintenance operation instructions to redundancy center HLR; 4) after redundancy center HLR converts received maintenance operation instructions to internal operation instructions which could be identified by redundancy center HLR, it loads them to the host computer of redundancy center HLR. The present invention ensures all the increment data to hold automatically synchronization, and increases the consistency of the user data in the Primary HLR and that in the redundancy center HLR. Meanwhile, it reduces maintenance workload of the redundancy center HLR and decreases the complexity of maintenance.
