Abstract:
The inventive method for dehydrating and dehydrocyclising hydrocarbons relates to petrochemistry and consists in bringing a raw material flow into contact with a catalyst based on X-ray amorphous carbon, which is produced by evaporating a carbon-containing material and has the following characteristics: initial air-oxidation temperature Tin$m(F) 320 °C ; maximum oxidation rate temperature Tmro$m(F) 590 °C ; final air-oxidation temperature Tfo $m(F)630 °C ; initial hydrogenolysis rate at 700 °C without hydrogen activating catalyst Vin $m(G) 2.08 mass % carbon/hour ; limiting quantity of MnO4-ion used for contacting 1g of said carbon in a solution $m(G) 16 mmol, at a temperature ranging from 350 to 600 °C and a pressure ranging from 0.01 to 0.15 mPa. The inventive method makes it possible to process not only hydroaromatic compounds but also alkanes and cycle-C6-alcanes by dehydrating cycle-C6-alcanes and dehydrocyclising alkanes.
