Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for delignifying lignocellulose raw materials, using sulphites in the presence of an alkaline constituent, especially sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate or a mixture thereof, in an aqueous solution, at a high temperature and high pressure. The inventive method is characterised in that the aqueous sulfite solution is added at the beginning of a pulping process and the temperature is increased to the maximum reaction temperature, the alkaline constituents being added only at the beginning of the pulping process.
