Abstract:
A method for designing end face structures of a stator and a rotor of an oscillating shear valve in a non-uniform velocity motion state and the oscillating shear valve, which relate to the technical field of measurement during drilling for petroleum and natural gas engineering. The oscillating shear valve comprises a rotor (2) and a stator (3); the rotor (2) comprises a plurality of blades (22), and a notch (21) between every two adjacent blades (22) is composed of a circular arc line and two linear segments; the two linear segments are both parallel to a polar radius which penetrates the circle center of the circular arc line; and the number of blades (31) comprised by the stator (3) is the same as that of the rotor (2); the end face structures of the blades (31) of the stator (3) are consistent with the stator (2). When the rotor (2) has accelerating velocity, uniform velocity or decelerating velocity motion characteristics and swings back and forth relative to the stator (3), a continuous wave mud pulse generator may output sinusoidal pressure wave signals of similar heights, and important application value is thus achieved.
