Abstract:
A method for detecting an aromatic compound, comprising: providing a diazonium salt; carrying out diazo-derivatization treatment on aromatic compounds in a sample to be tested by using the diazonium salt to obtain a diazo-derivatized product; and carrying out liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection on the diazo-derivatized product. Also provided is a kit, for use in detecting an aromatic compound by means of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The kit comprises a diazo-derivatization reagent. The diazo-derivatization reagent comprises at least one of a diazonium salt for carrying out diazo-derivatization treatment on aromatic compounds in a sample to be tested and a raw material for preparing the diazonium salt.
