Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING DETECTION TARGET WITHIN SUBJECT BODY, DETECTION KIT, AND FLUID DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/069371
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for detecting a detection target with a subject body, wherein magnetic particles are used to detect the detection target within the subject body. This method for detecting a detection target within a subject body is characterized by including: (a) a step in which the subject body is brought into contact with magnetic particles to which a nucleic acid and a detection target-binding substance that specifically binds to the detection target within the subject body are anchored, and a first complex including the magnetic particles and the detection target is produced; (b) a step in which a solid-phase carrier (hereinafter, nucleic acid probe anchoring carrier) to which a nucleic acid probe that specifically binds to the nucleic acid is anchored, the first complex, and a labeling substance in which a substance that specifically binds with the detection target is labeled are brought into contact, and a second complex including the nucleic acid probe, the first complex, and the labeling substance is produced; and (c) a step in which the detection target is detected by detecting the label of the labeling substance of the second complex, which is bound to the nucleic acid probe anchoring carrier.
