Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for detecting an eccentricity of a tube member, and comprises the steps of: acquiring a frame image; calculating a difference image; calculating a rotation trajectory size; comparing; and discriminating. The step of acquiring the frame image comprises sequentially acquiring a plurality of frame images for a cross section of the tube member that is rotating about a rotational center axis, within a predetermined measurement period. The step of calculating the difference image includes calculating the difference image of a pair of temporarily adjacent frame images, for all the frame images sequentially acquired within the measurement period. The step of calculating the rotation trajectory size includes calculating the rotation trajectory size of the tube member on the basis of the difference images calculated within the measurement period. The step of comparing includes comparing the rotation trajectory size of the tube member with the size of the cross section of the tube member on the basis of the size of an actual cross section of the tube member. The step of discriminating includes discriminating that, when the rotation trajectory size of the tube member is larger than the size of the cross section of the tube member, the tube member is eccentrically rotating in a state where the cross-sectional center of the tube member and the rotational center axis of the tube member do not coincide.
