Abstract:
The present application provides a method for detecting the number of copies of a target gene. A target gene and an internal reference gene of a sample to be detected are amplified simultaneously in the same reaction; by means of calculating the ratio C (C = ΔRntarget gene / ΔRninternal reference gene) of amplification curve ΔRn values for the target gene and the internal reference gene on qPCR amplification curves, the number of copies of the target gene of the individual to be detected is determined; and according to the range of the ratio, the genotype of the target gene can be effectively detected.
