Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of blast furnace ironmaking, and in particular to a method for detecting partial accretion of a blast furnace, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical data of the thickness of each part of a furnace wall within a certain time period, the historical data being time series data; filtering the historical data of the thickness of each part of the furnace wall to generate second time series data of each part of the furnace wall; analyzing the second time series data of each part of the furnace wall, and determining whether accretion occurs; and analyzing the part where accretion occurs, and performing merging when a merging condition is met. The method monitors the furnace thickness in real time, analyzes the change trend of the thickness of each part, identifies and merges excessively thick parts, thereby identifying partial accretion at an earlier stage, responding in time, and guaranteeing safe production.
