Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for detecting and regulating the freshness of a fish head, the method comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a natural indicator/chitosan film, using same to prepare a smart indicating film indicating the freshness of a fish head, and attaching same to the inner surface of an upper part of a package to make a smart package for a fish head; (2) preparing a composite preservative nano-liposome; (3) spraying the composite preservative nano-liposome on the surface of the fish head; (4) placing the fish head in the smart package, and sealing and refrigerating same; and (5) during the period of time when the fish head is stored, quickly determining the freshness of the fish head based on the colour change of the natural indicator/chitosan film with reference to a colourimetric card.
