Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method capable of specifically detecting a polymorphism in a target nucleic acid through isothermal amplification. According to the present application, the method can rapidly detect, with high specificity, a polymorphism in a sample, and can immediately perform detection without a separate process, such as electrophoresis, after the termination of reactions, thereby increasing convenience.
