Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING TARGET NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/073872
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for detecting a target nucleic acid molecule at high sensitivity by utilizing FRET. The present invention is a method for detecting a target nucleic acid molecule, the method having: a step in which a first probe and a third probe that are labeled by a first fluorescent substance to serve as an energy donor, and a second probe labeled by a second fluorescent substance to serve as an energy acceptor, are associated with a target nucleic acid molecule to form an association; and a step in which light having the excitation wavelength of the first fluorescent substance is applied to the formed association, and the fluorescence emitted from the second fluorescent substance in the association is detected as an indicator; the region associated with the second probe in the target nucleic acid molecule lying between the region associated with the first probe and the region associated with the third probe.
