Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING TARGET NUCLEIC ACID ON BASIS OF ELECTROCHEMICAL REAL-TIME POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION USING APTAMER-MODIFIED PRIMER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/151756
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target nucleic acid by an electrochemical real-time polymerase chain reaction using a primer including an aptamer base sequence of a signaling material that generates an electrochemical signal. A method for detecting a target nucleic acid on the basis of an electrochemical real-time polymerase chain reaction using an aptamer-modified primer according to the present invention can establish an electrochemical nucleic acid detection system that is inexpensive and which allows the easy miniaturization of the analysis apparatus, thereby finding applications in the in-situ diagnosis of various genetic diseases and infectious diseases.
