Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention is a method for detecting a target nucleic acid in a test sample, the method comprising: a step for joining a capture probe complementary to the target nucleic acid with a conductor under a purge gas atmosphere; and a step for bringing the test sample into contact with the capture probe under the purge gas atmosphere and detecting hybridization of the capture probe and the target nucleic acid.
