Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology for detecting, through image processing, a moving object from stored images normally provided from a plurality of CCTVs. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology for significantly reducing the amount of image data to be image-processed by applying image reconstruction to stored CCTV images, as a preprocessing step, detecting a moving object through image analysis on the image-reconstructed stored images, as a postprocessing step, and extracting and providing metadata of the moving object, thereby providing assistance such that control personnel can efficiently search for objects of interest in a control center.
