Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the accuracy of detecting unfair use when a business system is used via a mobile terminal. In this method for detecting unfair use, a plurality of operation feature quantities calculated from a user operation log, and the weight of the plurality of operation feature quantities of the user as calculated using a plurality of operation feature quantities of other users, are recorded in advance. The user operation log in a terminal device is acquired, a plurality of operation feature quantities are calculated from the operation log, and the degree of similarity to the plurality of operation feature quantities of the user as prerecorded using the weight of the plurality of operation feature quantities is calculated, whereby unfair use of the terminal device is detected.
