Abstract:
A method for determining the controllability of an electric vehicle (EV) cluster, a scheduling method and a system, the determination method comprising: at each scheduling moment, according to the remaining charging time, current SOC, and target SOC of each EV, using an evaluation model for the controllability of a single EV to calculate the available charging/discharging capacity and available charging/discharging power of the EV at each scheduling moment; superimposing the available charging/discharging capacity and available charging/discharging power of each EV at each scheduling moment to determine the controllability of an EV cluster in each scheduling period; and on the basis of power grid demand and the controllability of the EV cluster at each moment, distributing the power of each EV in the EV cluster at each moment in the scheduling period with the goal of supply and demand balance. The use of the solution of the present patent may accurately evaluate the controllability of the EV cluster, and may update EV cluster power and capacity boundaries in real time by means of the reasonable power distribution of EVs in different states, which is of great significance for balancing load power and making real-time scheduling plans for power grids.
