Title:
METHOD FOR DETERMINING ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY OF GLYCOSYL TRANSFERASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002092845
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for determining the enzymatic activity of glycosyl transferase in a sample, wherein the sample is reacted with a glycosyl donor and a glycosyl receptor immobilized on a carrier, especially a cellulose membrane, wherein a transferase product is determined in the presence of a enzymatic glycosyl transferase activity and the carrier is a cellulose membrane.
