Abstract:
A method for determining the operating parameters of a system for thermally cooling articles (P), comprising a prediction stage for the temperature of the articles (P) as they leave a chamber (2). The prediction stage is carried out on the basis of operating parameters of said chamber (2), thermodynamic and physical characteristics of the chamber (2) and thermodynamic and physical characteristics of the articles (P). The invention can be used to determine operating parameters for freezing tunnels for food.
