Abstract:
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for determining prediction value, a decoder, and a computer storage medium, the method is applied to a decoder, the method includes: acquiring a pixel matrix of a reference image block of the image block to be decoded, determining the input value according to the pixel matrix of the reference image block, inputting the input value into a preset neural network to obtain the prediction value of the image block to be decoded; that is, in the embodiment of the present application, first, acquiring a pixel matrix of a reference image block of the image block to be decoded, then, processing the pixel matrix of the reference image block using the preset neural network, in this way, the prediction value of the image block to be encoded is obtained using the neural network, so that the prediction value is closer to the pixel matrix of the image block to be encoded, therefore, the bit stream of prediction residual is reduced, and the efficiency of video image encoding and decoding can be improved.
