Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for determining the quantity of a peptide compound having a phenylalanine residue at the N-terminus. This method for determining the quantity of a peptide compound having a phenylalanine residue at the N-terminus comprises a step for measuring the quantity of heat generated by mixing (1) a peptide compound having a phenylalanine residue at the N-terminus, (2) cucurbituryl [7], and (3) a metal ion in a solution.
