Abstract:
A method for determining the registration accuracy of a three-dimensional dental CT image and a three-dimensional digital impression model comprises the steps of: generating a scan projection image by two-dimensionally projecting three-dimensional scan data in registration data in which the three-dimensional scan data and three-dimensional CT data are registered; generating a CT projection image by two-dimensionally projecting the three-dimensional CT data in the registration data; determining front registration accuracy by inputting, into a first convolutional neural network model, a front scan projection image in the front-vertical direction and a front CT projection image in the front-vertical direction; determining lateral registration accuracy by inputting, into a second convolutional neural network model, a lateral scan projection image in the lateral-vertical direction and a lateral CT projection image in the lateral-vertical direction; and determining the final registration accuracy of the registration data on the basis of the front registration accuracy and the lateral registration accuracy.
