Abstract:
A method of determining a spatial location of a controlled object and a device. The method comprises: a game engine of a game application detects a spatial location request for requesting, according to first spatial locations (401, 501, 701) of a first controlled object, a second spatial location of a second controlled object, wherein the game engine is a non-physical collision engine; the game engine determines according to the first spatial locations (401, 501, 701) of the first controlled object a plurality of candidate spatial locations (403, 504, 604, 704) surrounding the first spatial locations (401, 501, 701) and not overlapping with any two of the first spatial locations (401, 501, 701); and the game engine determines that one of the candidate spatial locations (403, 504, 604, 704) that is not occupied as the second spatial location of the second controlled object.
