Abstract:
A method for determining a switching jamming failure mode of an operation rod of a switch machine. After a switch machine starts switching, a switching duration thereof is timed; in the switching process of the switch machine, whether movement of an operation rod is unsmooth is preliminarily determined, and an unsmoothness position is recorded in an array; after the switching of the switch machine is completed or the switching duration exceeds a limit value, whether the switching process is unsmooth or whether the switching cannot be completed due to jamming is determined according to the switching duration of the switch machine; when an unsmoothness occurs in the switch machine, data in the array is recorded according to the unsmoothness position, and a specific position where the unsmoothness occurs is determined; when jamming occurs in the switch machine, the switching jamming failure mode of the operation rod of the switch machine is determined according to a final stop position of the operation rod of switch machine or a switching stroke, so as to allow maintenance personnel to intervene in maintenance in a timely manner, prevent the occurrence of a jamming failure, and accelerate the positioning and handling of a jamming failure, thereby improving the reliability of the switch machine, and reducing various influences and losses caused by the switching jamming of the operation rod of the switch machine.
